YOUR LOCAL TEAM
A little help,
before you arrive.
Add an airport transfer to your stay request, or ask us about the right home for your trip. We’ll work through the details with you.
Chat with FlamingoWhen is my booking confirmed?
Every reservation starts as a request. Our manager checks the apartment, dates and full price, then confirms the booking and payment arrangements. Submitting a request does not hold dates or take payment.
How do Garden and Olive bookings work?
Garden offers two-bedroom townhouses. Olive offers one- and two-bedroom apartments and a three-bedroom rooftop penthouse. You request a category; Flamingo confirms your apartment before payment. Photos of shared categories are representative.
Can I add an airport transfer?
Yes. Add an arrival transfer, departure transfer or both to your request. We will confirm vehicle suitability, times and the price.
What are the check-in times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early arrival or late departure requires confirmation.
