Your arrival checklist: flight details, airport transfers and an easier first day in Paphos.
A few details shared in advance make an arrival easier to coordinate. Here is what to have ready when you request a Flamingo stay and airport transfer.
Check which airport is on your ticket
Our request form offers Paphos (PFO) and Larnaca (LCA). Use the airport shown on your flight booking and enter your arrival date and scheduled local time. Add the flight number if you have it. For an overnight flight, check the landing date carefully.
Give your luggage a seat in the plan
Include everyone travelling, the number of bags and any child-seat requirements. If you have a pushchair, unusually large luggage or accessibility needs, describe them in the notes. The team needs these details to confirm a suitable vehicle and quote.
Plan the return journey too
You can request arrival, departure or both transfers. Add your departure flight date and time; the team will confirm the pickup time separately. Do not assume that a departure flight time is the time your vehicle should arrive at the apartment.
Keep the confirmation handy
Submitting the form creates a request with a reference number. It does not confirm a vehicle or reserve a home. Before travelling, make sure you have received confirmation of availability, price, pickup instructions and check-in arrangements from Flamingo.
