Find your corner of Paphos

Universal, Kato Paphos or Peyia? Start with the kind of home and holiday you have in mind.

A good holiday home fits your plans. Compare the bedrooms, facilities and location first, then ask us to confirm the details that matter to your group.

Universal: apartments with shared facilities

Our Universal collection includes homes at Universal Residence and Elysia Park. Lily has two bedrooms and Jasmin has one; Iris and Bamboo are two-bedroom Elysia Park apartments. These homes have access to shared facilities, so check the individual listing and ask about any opening times or access conditions for your dates.

Kato Paphos: a compact home base

Rose is a one-bedroom apartment at Papadavid Court in Kato Paphos, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. If location is your priority, ask our team for the exact address and check the routes to the places you want to visit before deciding.

Peyia: space to spend time together

Tulip at Villa Paradiso is a five-bedroom villa in Peyia for up to ten guests. Its private pool, garden and outdoor dining area give a larger group room to spend time together. Consider your transport plans alongside the villa itself; a destination photograph does not indicate the distance from a property.

Three details to confirm

Tell us the total number of guests, including children; a bedroom count does not establish guest capacity. Share any requirements such as step-free access or a cot. Finally, confirm the full price, cancellation terms and any facility restrictions before booking.
