Choose space for your whole group
Studios and one-bedroom apartments accommodate up to two guests. Two-bedroom apartments accommodate up to four, and three-bedroom apartments up to six. These limits include children. Flamingo Terrace and Flamingo Balcony each have two bedrooms, a large living room and a large balcony. Flamingo Sea View has three bedrooms for up to six guests.
Compare Garden, Olive and Elysia Park
Garden offers four two-bedroom townhouses of the same type, each with one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. Olive offers three one-bedroom apartments, three two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom penthouse with a private rooftop and private Jacuzzi. Elysia Balcony at Elysia Park has three bedrooms for up to six guests. Garden and Olive bookings are by accommodation category; we confirm the allocated apartment with you.
What does a Flamingo apartment cost?
Flamingo Terrace, Flamingo Balcony and Flamingo Sea View start from €100 per apartment per night, including taxes, cleaning and all mandatory fees, with a minimum stay of two nights. This starting price applies to these three homes and is not a quote for every apartment or every date. Ask us for the total price for your chosen dates and group size. Optional airport transfers cost extra and are quoted separately.
How direct booking and payment work
Choose your accommodation and dates, then send your request to Flamingo on WhatsApp. A request does not hold a home or confirm a reservation. Once we confirm availability and the full price, the payment terms are 25% in advance and the remaining 75% at check-in. Cancellation is free at least 14 days before arrival; for a later cancellation, the 25% advance payment is retained.
Arrange your arrival
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. You can request a transfer from Paphos or Larnaca airport. Include your flight details, number of passengers, luggage and any child-seat requirements so we can confirm a suitable vehicle and price. For a longer winter stay, send your full date range and the facilities you need; do not assume a monthly discount or guaranteed availability.
